Mesin sosoh sorgum adalah mesin untuk mengupas kulit biji sorgum atau alat pengupas kulit biji sorgum. Pengupasan kulit ini mirip seperti pelepasan kuit gabah padi. Hanya saja kulit biji sorgum jauh lebih lengket.
Mesin pengupas kulit shorgum ini memiliki hopper. Proses masuknya shorgum ke dalam drum memiliki pengaturan atau ‘Valve manual” yang terletak di leher hopper. Selain itu sudah tersedia ayakan metode getar untuk memisahkan shorgum bulat dengan pecahan kulit ari- yang tersisa dan bulir bulir kecil.
